We recommend hiring your wedding planner as soon as you decide on your wedding date. As soon as you have the dates, it’s best to obtain the services of a destination wedding planner to ensure your dates are available at the resort.

Yes, if the clients are local we will schedule complimentary one-hour consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
What type of destination packages do you offer?
We offer custom destination packages depending on what type of service the couple is looking for and how much assistance. We customize packages to meet each client’s specific needs.
Do you charge a fee?
Yes, we charge a destination wedding retainer of $900 before any planning is started.
Do you offer a consultation?
Yes, we offer a 1hr consultation with the bride to gather all details for the wedding of your dreams. Some of the information we will ask in the consultation is guest count, budget, wedding date, destination location etc.,
How do clients pay for services?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks, or Cash as form of payment.
What the planning process?
We will meet with bridal couple throughout different phases of the wedding process to gather information with various details to ensure everything goes smoothly. The bridal couple will have unlimited access to their destination planner and their coordinator at the resort via phone & email, updated progress meetings to check over planning tasks. The wedding coordinator will ensure that everything is on track with the destination venues. Talk about the budget and make sure it's as realistic as possible. Review all venue and vendor contracts, ensure room blocks are on hold at the destination resort. Stay in contact with open communication from the start of services until the wedding day.
Do you travel to the destination wedding with bride & groom?
We can travel and be available at your destination wedding. It will be an extra fee and can be discussed doing your consultation.
What's the difference in a destination wedding planner and a venue coordinator?
A destination wedding planner represents you the client and works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly. We bring your vision to light as it slowly takes shape into reality for the dream wedding. A venue coordinator represents the venue. Their job is to oversee the venue staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time.
